Yes! At Bekees Bakery, we take pride in baking all our products fresh daily. We bake in small batches throughout the day to ensure maximum freshness. Our main branch at Faisal Super Market bakes 24/7, so you always get fresh products no matter when you visit or order.

While we take precautions, please note:

• Our products may contain common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to cross-contamination risks.
• If you have severe allergies, please contact us directly before ordering. We can discuss ingredient lists and preparation methods.
• We do offer some eggless and dairy-free options. Please ask our staff for availability.

For the best taste and quality, we recommend:

• Bread & Buns: Best within 24-48 hours at room temperature.
• Cakes: Best within 2-3 days when refrigerated.
• Pastries & Donuts: Best on the day of purchase.
• Cookies & Biscuits: Stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For longer storage, most items can be frozen for up to 1 month.

Delivery times may vary during peak hours and holidays. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Yes, we offer free delivery on:

• All orders of Rs. 1,000 or more within Karachi.
• First-time customers using code BAKEESFIRST (any order value).

For orders below Rs. 1,000, a delivery fee of Rs. 150 applies. Express delivery is available for an additional Rs. 200.

Yes! Self-pickup is available at all three branches during operating hours:

• Faisal Super Market: Open 24/7
• Al Shahbaz Mini Mart: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Double W Mart: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Simply select "Pickup" during checkout and show your order confirmation at the counter.

We currently deliver to the following areas in Karachi:

• Full Coverage (24/7): Bahria Town Karachi, DHA Karachi
• Standard Coverage: Clifton, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, Gulistan-e-Johar
• Limited Coverage: Korangi, Landhi, Malir (minimum order Rs. 1500 required)

We may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on our schedule. Please call us to check availability.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit for all custom cake orders. The deposit is:

• Fully refundable if cancelled 48+ hours before pickup
• 50% refundable if cancelled 24-48 hours before pickup
• Non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup

The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.

• Fillings: Buttercream, Chocolate Ganache, Fruit Preserves, Cream Cheese.

Our Faisal Super Market branch is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can visit us anytime for fresh baked goods, even at midnight!

Late-night delivery (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM) is also available for orders to Bahria Town and DHA Karachi.

Yes, we are open on most holidays with adjusted hours:

• Eid-ul-Fitr & Eid-ul-Adha: Limited hours, delivery in main areas only.
• Independence Day (14th August): Normal hours.
• New Year's Eve (31st December): 24/7 delivery at main branch.
• Ramadan: Extended delivery hours until Sehri.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

• Take clear photos or videos of the damaged product(s).
• Contact us within 2 hours of delivery at 0334-2132779.
• Share your order number and photos with our support team.

We will arrange a full refund or free replacement delivery immediately.

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're unhappy with the quality:

• Bring the product back to any branch within 24 hours of purchase.
• Explain the quality issue to our staff.
• We will verify and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Please note that partially consumed items are not eligible for refunds unless the quality issue affected the entire product.

Once your refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
• Bank transfers may take an additional 2-3 days depending on your bank.
