Damaged Products on Delivery

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive damaged goods. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Document the damage: Take clear photos or videos of the damaged product(s) before consuming or discarding.
  • Contact us immediately: Reach out within 2 hours of delivery at 0334-2132779 or sales@bakees.com.pk
  • Provide order details: Share your order number, name, and photos of the damage.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a full refund or a replacement delivery at no extra cost.
Pro Tip: We recommend opening your delivery package immediately upon receipt to check for any damage. Taking a short unboxing video is the best way to document your order!
Quality Issues

Your satisfaction with our baked goods is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with the quality:

  • Unsatisfactory Taste or Freshness: If a product doesn't meet our quality standards, please bring it back to any branch within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Incorrect Specifications: If your custom cake doesn't match the agreed design or specifications, we will remake it or provide a full refund.
  • Partial Consumption: Items that have been partially consumed are not eligible for quality-related refunds unless the quality issue affected the entire product.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement product, store credit, or a full refund based on your preference.
Wrong Item Delivered

Mistakes can happen. If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

  • Do not consume the incorrect item.
  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the incorrect item.
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered as soon as possible.
  • You may keep the incorrect item at no additional charge, or we will arrange for pickup if needed.
  • If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue a full refund for the affected item.
Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:

Standard Orders (Regular Bakery Items)

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time: Full Refund

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup/delivery: No Refund

Custom Cakes & Specialty Orders

Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup/delivery: 50% Deposit Refund

Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup/delivery: 25% Deposit Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery: No Refund

Bulk Orders (50+ items)

Cancellations made 7+ days before pickup/delivery: Full Refund

Cancellations made 3-7 days before pickup/delivery: 50% Refund

Cancellations made less than 3 days before pickup/delivery: No Refund

Note: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sales@bakees.com.pk or by phone at 0334-2132779.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return or cancellation request is approved, here's what to expect:

  • Refund Approval: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Cash Payments: Cash refunds are available for in-store purchases with a valid receipt.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds for online bank transfers may take an additional 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit immediately, which can be used for future purchases.
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been partially consumed (unless the quality issue affected the entire product).
  • Items purchased during flash sales or with special discounts (unless damaged or defective).
  • "Change of mind" returns for custom or personalized items.
  • Sample or tester products provided free of charge.
  • Items purchased more than 24 hours ago (for quality-related claims).
