At Bekees Bakery, we understand that freshness is everything when it comes to baked goods. That's why we have developed a reliable and efficient delivery system to ensure your orders arrive fresh, on time, and in perfect condition.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery areas, fees, timelines, and procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Currently, we deliver only within Karachi city limits. Here are the detailed coverage areas:

Choose a delivery time that works best for you. We offer the following time slots:

Available Time Slots for Scheduled Delivery:

• Morning Slot: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Afternoon Slot: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Evening Slot: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Night Slot: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Bahria & DHA only)
• Midnight Slot: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Bahria & DHA only)

Here's what happens after you place your order:

Need your order today? We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off times:

Planning ahead? We accept advance orders up to 7 days in advance.

• Next Day Delivery: Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
• Advance Orders: Select your preferred date and time slot during checkout.
• Special Occasions: For birthdays, weddings, and events, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance.
• Holiday Orders: During Eid, New Year, and Independence Day, please order 3-5 days in advance.

During peak seasons and holidays, our delivery schedule may vary:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our products are freshly baked and best enjoyed within 24-48 hours of baking. However, we are working on expanding our delivery network.

In the event that a delivery fails due to circumstances beyond our control, the following applies:

• Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of Rs. 150.
• Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is not available after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled with no refund.
• Wrong Phone Number: Please ensure your phone number is correct. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries due to unreachable recipients.
• Natural Disasters: In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed or cancelled. You will receive a full refund.

We take great care in packaging your baked goods to ensure they arrive fresh and intact:

• Cakes: Packaged in sturdy cake boxes with proper support to prevent movement during transit.
• Pastries & Donuts: Individually packaged or in compartment boxes to prevent sticking.
• Bread & Buns: Packaged in breathable paper bags or sealed plastic as needed.
• Cookies & Biscuits: Packaged in sealed containers or boxes with cushioning.
• Hot Items: Use thermal packaging to maintain temperature.

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You're welcome to visit any of our branches:

Pickup Process: Simply show your order confirmation email or SMS at the counter. Your order will be ready at your selected pickup time.
