Welcome to Bakees Bakery. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or visiting our physical branches, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

When you place an order with Bakees Bakery, you agree to the following terms:

• Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Custom Cakes: Custom cake orders require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Special designs and large orders may require 5-7 days notice.
• Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required for all custom cake orders. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of pickup.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online bank transfers. All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website are current at the time of viewing.
• Order Cancellation: Standard orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before pickup for a full refund. Custom cake cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a deposit refund.

We offer both delivery and in-store pickup options for your convenience:

• Free Delivery: Free delivery is available on all orders above Rs. 1,000 within Karachi.
• Delivery Fee: Orders below Rs. 1,000 incur a delivery fee of Rs. 150.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2-4 hours. Express delivery (1-2 hours) is available for an additional Rs. 200.
• Pickup: Orders can be picked up from any of our three branches during operating hours.
• Delivery Area: Currently, we deliver only within Karachi city limits. Delivery to DHA and Bahria Town areas is available 24/7.
• Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

We take pride in the quality of our baked goods. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our policy:

• Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
• Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products, please bring the item back to any branch within 24 hours of purchase for a replacement or refund.
• Custom Cakes: Due to the personalized nature of custom cakes, refunds are only offered if there is an error on our part.
• Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been partially consumed are not eligible for refunds.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

We strive to provide accurate product information, but please note:

• Allergy Information: Our products may contain common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.
• Cross-Contamination: While we take precautions, our kitchen handles multiple allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• Product Images: Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
• Freshness: All our products are baked fresh daily. For best taste, consume within 24-48 hours of purchase.
• Nutritional Information: Nutritional information is provided as an estimate and may vary based on preparation methods.

Holiday Hours: During major holidays (Eid, Independence Day, New Year), hours may vary. Please check our website or social media for updates.

To make ordering easier, you may create an account on our website. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and product designs, is the property of Bakees Bakery and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization.
• Copy our recipes or product designs for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bakees Bakery shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• Allergic reactions to our products despite our warnings.
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Third-party services linked from our website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
